TUGS DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Information for TUGS

We will send all our gifts to you by First Class post on the day of receipt of order, unless the order comes in after 4pm or a weekend. In which case it will be by next available collection. We have been known to drive to the next Post Office just to catch a later collection. First Class post is usually delivered to you within 2 days of posting but please allow up to 5 days due to inconsistancies of the postal service.

If you would like to receive your gift by Special Delivery this can be arranged if you just give us a call on 01298 813372 prior to ordering. The charge for Special Delivery is £4.75 or £6.00 depending on the weight of the item. We will let you know before purchasing an item what it will cost for Special Delivery.

Special Delivery will ensure that you receive your gift by 1pm next day.

Christmas Deliveries

• Last collection date for First Class delivery is Thurs 20th December 07

We will post out all orders received up till the 20th December by First Class delivery.

After all if you have ordered a gift for Christmas you want to be sure you will get it before Santa retires for the year.
